Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking construction inspectors for flexible, part-time contracts across residential sites. You will document progress with photos via the Pruvan app and report to the writing team.

Live within 25 miles of job locations; payment is per project with direct deposit after verification. This role offers independent work, with the ability to choose inspections as they arise and stay active on a side income.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; inspections assigned as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a mobile device compatible with the Pruvan app.
• PPE: closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a safety vest are required.
• Device must be a smartphone or tablet no older than 5 years.
• Basic construction knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos using the Pruvan app to document progress.
• Submit photos to the report writing team via the app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
