Nexodus Clean seeks dedicated cleaning professionals to join its independent contractor network, servicing commercial and industrial facilities under service agreements. This is not employment; providers operate as 1099 contractors with their own methods, equipment, and schedule.

Experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance is preferred. Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor care, restroom and break room upkeep, plus painting touch-ups or minor repairs where agreed.

Responsabilidades

• General cleaning across designated areas
• Floor care including buffing, polishing, stripping
• Use of own cleaning equipment for commercial/industrial tasks
• Maintain hygiene and presentation in restrooms, break rooms, offices
• Adhere to site safety protocols and service standards
• Paint touch-ups or light repairs where agreed
