Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and seeks reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. This is not an employment position; providers operate as 1099 contractors with their own methods, equipment, and schedule within service agreements.

Experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred, with emphasis on floor care, restroom and common area

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques (buffing, stripping) is a plus.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for a service visit.
• Dependable, self-directed work style consistent with independent contractor status.

Responsabilités

• General cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across designated areas.
• Floor care services such as buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Use of the provider's own cleaning equipment and supplies for tasks.
• Servicing restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas to hygiene and presentation standards.
• Minor facility upkeep tasks as scoped in the service agreement.
• Adherence to site safety protocols while performing services.
• Additional scoped tasks such as painting touch-ups or light repairs, where agreed.
