Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and seeks dedicated cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under independent contractor agreements. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with their own methods, equipment, and schedule within service agreements.

Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred; familiarity with floor care is a plus, and independent contractor status means no employer-employee

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and floor care tasks.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Adhere to site safety protocols and service agreements.
