Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network to service commercial and industrial facilities under independent contractor agreements. Providers operate as 1099 contractors, using their own equipment and schedule within service agreements. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.

Contractors are responsible for their own tools, transportation, and supplies; this is not an employment offer and no employer-employee relationship is created.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Capable of standing, bending, lifting for service visits.
• Independent contractor status and self-directed work style required.
• Residential painting or industrial cleaning experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cleaning across designated areas.
• Perform floor care including buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Adhere to site safety protocols during operations.
• Use your own cleaning equipment and supplies as per service agreements.
• Assist with light painting or repairs if requested under contract terms.
