Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and seeks dedicated cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. This is not an employment position; providers operate as independent 1099 contractors, using their own methods, equipment, and schedule within service agreements.

Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, custodial, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Independent contractor status with dependable work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cleaning across designated areas.
• Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, stripping.
• Use own cleaning equipment and supplies as per service agreement.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation in restrooms, break rooms, offices and common areas.
• Uphold site safety protocols and perform tasks within scope of service agreement.
