Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and is seeking dedicated, reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. This is not an employment position — providers operate as independent 1099 contractors, using their own methods, equipment, and schedule within the scope of each service agreement.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques (buffing/stripping) is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and service quality.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable, self-directed work style aligned with independent contractor status.
• Residential painting or industrial cleaning experience is a bonus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform general cleaning across designated areas: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal.
• Provide floor care services including buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Use own cleaning equipment and supplies for commercial/industrial tasks.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Handle minor facility upkeep as outlined in service agreements.
• Adhere to site safety protocols during services.
• Assist with painting touch-ups or light repairs where agreed.
