Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and invites dedicated cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. This is a 1099 contract role; providers supply their own methods, equipment, and schedule within service agreements.

Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred, with emphasis on reliability, safety, and quality service delivery.

Qualificações

• Prior janitorial or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care (buffing/stripping) is a plus.
• Must be able to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general cleaning across designated areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal).
• Conduct floor care including buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Use your own cleaning equipment and supplies as per contract.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Perform minor upkeep tasks as defined in service agreements.
• Adhere to site safety protocols during services.
• Assist with painting touch-ups or light repairs when agreed.
