Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and seeks dedicated cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement.

This is not an employment position; providers operate as independent 1099 contractors, using their own methods, equipment, and schedule within the scope of each service agreement. Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal.
• Carry out floor care: buffing, polishing, stripping.
• Use your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Complete minor upkeep tasks as defined in the service agreement.
• Follow site safety protocols during service.
• Assist with painting touch-ups or light repairs where agreed.
