Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and is seeking dedicated, reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement.

This is not an employment position — providers operate as independent 1099 contractors, using their own methods, equipment, and schedule within the scope of each service agreement.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Residential painting or industrial cleaning experience a plus, not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning across designated areas.
• Carry out floor care including buffing and stripping.
• Use contractor's own equipment and supplies.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices.
• Follow site safety protocols.
• Complete additional tasks as agreed, such as light repairs or touch-ups.
