Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in collision repair.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle structure and components.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must lift up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven shop.

Responsabilidades

• Examines damaged vehicle parts requiring repair, replacement, or repainting.
• Assess vehicle damage through inspections.
• Estimate labor and parts costs to repair damage.
• Prepare insurance forms to show repair costs.
• Communicate vehicle damage and costs to customers professionally; answer questions.
• Draft work orders and enter repairs into the system.
• Keep records of all repairs in company files.
