You will also draft work orders, document repairs, and communicate with customers in a professional manner. This position emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of repair processes and materials used in collision repair.
• 1–3 years of experience in collision repair.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally over 70 pounds.
• Proven negotiation skills and commitment to servicing the customer.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicle damages requiring repair, replacement, or repainting.
• Assess vehicle damage through inspections.
• Estimate labor and parts costs for repairs.
• Prepare insurance forms showing repair costs.
• Communicate vehicle damage, costs, and insurance details to customers.
• Draft work orders and enter them into CollisionRight’s system.
• Maintain records of all repairs.
