Job summary

Transworld Business Advisors seeks experienced professionals to build an independent advisory practice with the resources of an established organization behind them. You will develop relationships with owners, referral partners, and buyers, gathering data and coordinating introductions to close confidential sales.

Income is performance-based with 100% commission. Live in Nebraska or Iowa—relocation is not provided—and leverage the platform's support to build your advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in business brokerage or M&A advisory is preferred.
• Ability to discuss revenue, employees, customers, operations, competition, risks, and opportunities with credibility.
• Willing to operate on a commission-based model with independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with business owners, referral partners, and prospective buyers.
• Gather financial data and prepare confidential marketing.
• Identify buyers, coordinate meetings and negotiations.
• Assist with due diligence and move transactions toward closing.
• Combine business development, financial understanding, relationship management, negotiation, marketing, and project management.
