Transworld Business Advisors of Providence is seeking a driven Business Broker / M&A Advisor to guide small and mid-sized business owners through selling, buying, or acquiring a company. You’ll manage negotiations, deal flow, and buyer relationships from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with business owners and buyers
• Advise clients through business sale and acquisition processes
• Market businesses for sale confidentially and professionally
• Facilitate negotiations and deal structuring
• Coordinate due diligence activities
• Manage multiple active clients, deals, and prospects simultaneously
• Network within the local business community to build referral partnerships
