Job summary

Avera Payments is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals for B2B Outside Sales Representatves. You will work with local business owners to assess payment processing needs, present tailored solutions, and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only compensation, uncapped earnings potential, and residual income paid in perpetuity, with flexible daytime hours and ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have smartphone or tablet for sales and communication.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Present payment processing, merchant services, and POS solutions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce processing costs and improve service.
• Build lasting client relationships and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts.
• Manage your own schedule, sales pipeline, and business development activities.
