Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform orientation and mobility evaluations for clients.
• Develop assessment reports detailed enough for tailored service plans.
• Instruct clients on daily living skills and technology usage.
• Maintain accurate client files and timely documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and technology.
