Job summary

Qualifications

• AAS degree in human services or closely related program.
• Strong interviewing, reading, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to interpret DHS regulations and policies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Background in public assistance programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to explain policies and gather eligibility data.
