The role involves interviewing clients, entering data into a web-based application, and determining eligibility while coordinating reviews and referrals as needed. The position requires one year of related experience or a qualifying education path, with regular attendance essential.

Formación

• One year of experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker.
• Experience in intake, processing and review of eligibility for Economic Service programs.
• Ability to interview clients and collect required information for applications.

Responsabilidades

• Interview clients and review data to obtain required information.
• Enter information into a web-based application to complete initial applications.
• Determine and verify eligibility using the system.
• Complete scheduled reviews and re-verification of continued eligibility.
• Explain requirements and refer clients to other services as appropriate.
