Qualifications

• Knowledge of inclusive dialogue and community engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, assess, and revise curricula for S2D, Safe Zone, and Cultural Bridges programs.
• Manage signature training programs and coordinate workshop logistics including scheduling and materials preparation.
• Collaborate with campus partners to identify training needs and co-create workshops focused on inclusion and communication.
• Recruit, train, and mentor student and staff facilitators to expand program reach and effectiveness.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote programs and increase university-wide participation.
