Job summary

The College of Southern Idaho seeks a CIE Coordinator to lead the ECLIPSE IPSE program, coordinating curriculum, recruitment, and services for students with IDD. You will supervise a small team, collaborate with CSI teams and external partners, and drive program success.

This is a full-time, grant-funded role with year-round responsibilities and a focus on sustainability and impact measurement. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience delivering instruction to students or adult learners.
• Experience with grant-funded initiatives.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Supervisory experience with student employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the IPSE program aligned with institutional priorities.
• Collaborate on IPSE courses and stackable certificates with curriculum committee.
• Coordinate with statewide ECLIPSE leadership to align services.
• Deliver in-person instruction and support student success.
• Develop program materials and data systems to track progress and outcomes.
• Lead annual student cohort recruitment and outreach events.
• Organize high-impact recruitment events and a Reverse Career Fair.
• Maintain documentation and ensure grant compliance.
