Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with SPED certification or principal licensure.
• Experience with IEPs and special education programs preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and data handling skills.
• Experience coaching staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and assess student needs for special education programs.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding campus staff.
• Develop transition planning and ISBE-compliant IEP documentation.
• Maintain IEP and student records; prepare IEP meeting materials.
