Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and in-depth product education in our store environment. You will engage with guests, share product knowledge, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

As a core member of the team, you will support store operations, participate in omnichannel initiatives, and contribute to an inclusive, energetic work environment that motivates guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences through authentic connection and product education.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver optimal store operations and guest service.
• Handle product presentation, restocking, and use of in-store technology to support operations.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming store environment and comply with company policies.
