Job summary

Torrid is seeking a Store Manager for our West Jordan, Utah store. You will lead a team to achieve sales and profit goals, recruit and train staff, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

The role focuses on visual standards, merchandise execution, and open communication with the District Manager and HQ to align with company policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of specialty retail management, a High School diploma or GED, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of specialty apparel retail management experience.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience; college degree a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experience.
• Retail and fashion are dynamic; adapt to changing environments and schedules.
• Be fashion-focused and up-to-date with trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store meets objectives and KPI goals.
• Lead operations balancing policies, shrink, payroll, and scheduling.
• Recruit, develop and train top sales-focused talent.
• Set example for Torrid connections and foster loyalty.
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain inviting store environment.
• Maintain open communication with District Manager and HQ.
