Torrid in California is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales-driven team focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience for Torrid customers. You will direct daily operations, drive sales and profitability, recruit and develop talent, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure store achieves company objectives and KPI goals.
Lead an operationally sound business by balancing policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
Recruit, develop and train top talent who are sales, customer, and fashion-focused.
Set the example for The Torrid Connection and ensure the team delivers a positive customer experience.
Implement merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
Maintain open communication with District Manager and HQ partners.
