Job summary

Saint Joseph's University is seeking a Program Specialist, Inclusive Excellence to oversee programming for the Center for Inclusion and Diversity and the Cura Collective across campus. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive programming calendar for campus involvement.
• Provide programming and advising support to student organizations funded by SBAC.
• Lead and oversee student-centered events including retreats and cultural activities.
• Create and maintain marketing, outreach, and social media presence.
• Process invoices, monitor budgets, and report expenses.
• Collaborate with partners and represent the Office at events.
• Assist with outreach, mentoring, and resource referrals for underrepresented students.
• Support CID and CC programs and contribute to orientation efforts.
• Serve on committees addressing inclusive excellence and participate in planning labs.
