Job summary

Saint Joseph's University is seeking a Program Specialist to support the Center for Inclusion and Diversity (CID) and the Cura Collective (CC) across university locations. The role develops programming, advises student organizations, and enhances belonging through events and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive programming calendar to foster community involvement and outreach.
• Provide programming and advising support to student organizations funded by SBAC.
• Lead and oversee student-centered events including annual CID Retreat, movie nights, heritage month activities, and celebrations.
• Create and maintain marketing, outreach, and social media presence for CID; support OIE website updates.
• Process invoices, monitor budgets, and assist in tracking and reporting expenses.
• Collaborate with partners across campus and represent OIE at events and trainings.
