Job summary

Integrated Life Choices (ILC) seeks compassionate individuals to join our team as Employment Support Providers. You will partner with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to explore career goals, build resumes, search for jobs, and prepare for interviews, guiding clients toward competitive, integrated employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ACRE Training provided within first year.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centered career profiles to identify strengths, interests, and goals.
• Support workplace readiness skills, including communication, professionalism, and time management.
• Develop relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities.
• Assist with resume development, job applications, and interview prep.
• Arrange transportation to interviews or job fairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices and community integration.
