Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ACRE training provided within first year of hire.
• Preference for experience with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to interpret procedures and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centered career profiles to identify strengths, interests, and goals.
• Support workplace readiness skills (communication, professionalism, time management, self-advocacy).
• Promote independence and informed choice in employment planning and job search.
• Assist with career exploration, resume development, applications, and interview prep.
• Develop relationships with local employers to create opportunities and advocate inclusive hiring.
