Job summary

Integrated Life Choices (ILC) is seeking caring Employment Support Providers to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities obtain meaningful, competitive, and integrated employment by guiding them through job search and placement processes.

You will coordinate with individuals, employers, and community partners to create opportunities that align with each person’s abilities and goals, while advocating for inclusive hiring practices and long-term community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ACRE Training provided within first year of hire.
• Preference experience in developmental disabilities.
• Ability to interpret procedures and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centered career profiles to identify strengths and goals.
• Support development of workplace readiness skills (communication, time management, self-advocacy).
• Promote independence and self-determination throughout planning and job search.
• Assist with career exploration, resume development, and interview preparation.
• Develop relationships with local employers to identify opportunities for integrated employment.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and employer education on disability benefits.
• Facilitate job tours, informational interviews, and community networking.
• Provide transportation support to interviews or job fairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
