Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but related experience may be considered.
• Experience in supported employment or with adults with disabilities desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a caseload of 15+ individuals with flexible hours.
• Develop personalized career plans aligned with client goals.
• Build positive relationships with employers to support inclusion.
• Join referral and PCP meetings and related sessions.
• Maintain progress records and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, educators, and coordinators.
• Advocate for rights and opportunities for individuals in the workplace.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Supported Employment Manager.
