Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Work Force Inclusion Employment Coach to support people with disabilities by providing tailored job coaching to help them access and retain competitive employment at client sites. The role emphasizes training essential task performance, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining case files, with a hybrid work environment and non-exempt status.

Qualifications include basic computer skills, strong communication, and ability to juggle priorities; CPR/First

Qualifications

Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database and presentation software.
Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, written and presentation skills.
Demonstrate critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
Demonstrate basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability to manage competing priorities and stay flexible.
Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace.
Coach and train with learning and performing essential job tasks.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers to communicate progress towards goals.
Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork.
Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
