Job summary

Integrated Life Choices in Colorado Springs is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward meaningful community employment. You will provide person-centered assistance, reinforce daily living and social skills, and help participants achieve personal goals.

This role requires flexibility to meet support needs, ability to transport participants as needed, and adherence to medication administration policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 19 years or older.
• Preference for experience in developmental disabilities.
• Ability to interpret procedures and follow policies accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to exercise rights and live as independently as possible.
• Provide person-centered support tailored to each person’s needs.
• Complete job analyses and develop plans to promote independence at work.
• Assist with transportation to and from community employment sites.
• Monitor and support medication administration as directed.
• Participate in meetings related to individual and company services.
