Humanim is seeking a Job Development Specialist to create employment opportunities and career pathways for program participants through employer engagement, business development, and workforce partnerships. You will liaise between participants and employers to secure successful placements and ongoing retention support.

Responsibilities include cultivating employer relationships, identifying opportunities, and promoting disability-inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Workforce Development, Human Services, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Develop and cultivate employer relationships across technology and related industries.
• Coordinate interviews, employer meetings, hiring events, and job fairs.
• Match participant skills and credentials with employment opportunities.
• Provide ongoing retention support following placement.
• Maintain accurate employer contact records and participant documentation.
