Job summary

YES Prep Public Schools in Houston, TX is seeking a Special Education Inclusion Teacher for our 10-month program. You will develop rigorous IEPs, design differentiated lessons, and monitor student growth to promote college readiness.

Starting salary is $64,000 per year with up to $4,000 stipend, up to $4,000 signing bonus, and TI A incentives that can push total earnings above $100,000 annually for experienced teachers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent required.
• Texas Educator Certification in Special Education or willingness to pursue ACP in first year.
• Experience with IEPs, data analysis, and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate, aligned IEPs for students on your caseload.
• Develop rigorous lessons in your content area for 1:1 blended learning.
• Set goals with students and monitor progress with frequent feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with families via calls, emails, or video conferences.
• Create a conducive learning environment and collaborate with co-planners.
