Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and Texas Special Education certification
• Experience in a Special Education classroom preferred
• Ability to instruct and manage student behavior in diverse settings

Responsibilities

• Develop IEPs for a caseload of students and monitor progress
• Adapt lessons to meet individual student needs and goals
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff
• Lead effective small-group instruction for students at academic risk
• Maintain timely progress updates and gradebook records
