Job summary

Worcester Sixth Form College is seeking an Inclusion Officer to support inclusion across the College, working with students, families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and enable participation. The post holder will ensure provision for students with SEND and those requiring pastoral intervention, helping all learners to progress to higher education, training or employment.

The role is full-time, term-time only plus two weeks, with start date ASAP and advert closing date

• Coordinate support for vulnerable learners, SEND students, disadvantaged groups and those requiring pastoral intervention to ensure inclusive provision.
