Worcester Sixth Form College is seeking an Inclusion Officer to support inclusion across the College, working with students, families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and enable participation. The post holder will ensure provision for students with SEND and those requiring pastoral intervention, helping all learners to progress to higher education, training or employment.
The role is full-time, term-time only plus two weeks, with start date ASAP and advert closing date
An exciting opportunity has arisen within College for an Inclusion Officer who will support the College's commitment to inclusion by working with students, families, staff and external agencies to identify and remove barriers to learning. The Inclusion Officer will support the Senior Leader for Inclusion and Learning Support Manager in co-ordinating support for vulnerable learners, students with SEND, disadvantaged students and those requiring additional pastoral intervention, ensuring all learners are able to participate fully, achieve their potential and progress successfully into higher education, training or employment.
To provide high-quality administrative, organisational, and operational support for inclusion across the College, ensuring systems are accurate, compliant, and efficient. The postholder will enable the effective delivery of provision for students with SEND, those in receipt of FCM, and other identified groups, supporting the College’s ambition that all students achieve highly and feel a strong sense of belonging. The Inclusion Officer is central to ensuring that inclusion is well-coordinated, transparent, and impactful, allowing teaching and leadership to focus on improving outcomes.
