Job summary

You will build strong relationships with service providers, maintain case files, and help clients develop essential workplace skills while coordinating with the Workforce Inclusion team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Effective communication in listening, verbal and written form.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train job-related skills for success in the workplace.
• Coach on learning and performing essential job functions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers to track progress.
• Maintain case files and required paperwork.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
