Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Work Force Inclusion Employment Coach to provide tailored job coaching for individuals with disabilities, ensuring access, success, and retention in competitive integrated employment. The role emphasizes building relationships with service providers and maintaining case files, with duties that may include special projects.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and a valid driver's license as per local requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility.
Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace.
Coach and train with learning and performing the essential functions of job tasks.
Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with service providers to communicate progress towards goals.
Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies.
Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
