Job summary

PRIDE Industries in California is seeking a Work Force Inclusion Employment Coach to provide tailored job coaching for people with disabilities, ensuring access, success, and retention within competitive integrated employment.

Typical duties include coaching to perform essential functions, developing relationships with service providers, maintaining case files, and handling duties as assigned. Onsite work with a hybrid environment is expected.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficient ability to use spreadsheets, word processing, databases and presentation software.
Excellent communication, listening and written skills.
Ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace.
Coach and train with learning and performing the essential functions of job tasks.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers to communicate progress toward goals.
Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies.
Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
