Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Work Force Inclusion Employment Coach to provide tailored job coaching for people with disabilities, ensuring access, success and retention in competitive, integrated employment settings. Total responsibilities include coaching essential workplace functions, building provider relationships and maintaining case files as required by PRIDE and supporting agencies.

High school diploma or GED required; on-site role with potential CPR/First Aid and driver license

Qualifications

• Minimum computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database and presentation software.
• Clear communication skills in listening, verbal and written form.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to resolve problems.
• Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt flexibly.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train needed skills to succeed in the workplace.
• Coach and train in learning and performing essential job functions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with service providers and track progress toward goals.
• Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork.
