Job summary

Ross Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a team member for the Receiving and Incineration process in our Ohio facility. The role involves manual labor and operation of heavy equipment, with exposure to outdoor plant conditions.

Starting wage is $23.00 per hour plus a $1.25 per hour night shift premium and weekend differential. A $1,500 signing bonus is offered, along with annual raises and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must pass basic reading/math aptitude assessment.
• Fluent in English with ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Must be clean shaven to wear respirators.
• Able to write effectively to document work activities.
• Team oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to Receiving and Incineration processes.
• Operate front-end equipment (forklift, tow motor).
• Work outdoors in plant environment with noise and dust.
• Complete safety and equipment training as required.
• Assist clean-up and maintenance of incinerator and scrubber during shutdown.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
