Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an Incineration Operator to direct hazardous waste into the incinerator and manage feed processes. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hazardous training is preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that may include nights and weekends.
• Ability to serve as a First Responder in the event of an emergency.
• Working in all weather conditions (heat and cold).
• Plant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health & safety is the top priority.
• Record production data (weights, types, quantities, storage locations, equipment performance, downtime).
• Load, unload, or adjust materials on conveyors using hands or tools.
• Stop equipment or clear jams and remove damaged materials from conveyors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
