Job summary

Ross Incineration Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician/Millwright for a full-time, on-site role in Grafton, OH. The position carries a night shift (M-F, 7:00pm-3:30am) and an on-call weekend rotation.

Starting pay is $35/hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities include inspections, predictive and corrective maintenance of pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, plus welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting.

Qualifications

Journeyman certification in Industrial Maintenance Repair or closely related discipline required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience performing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
Proficient in pump repair, hydraulics/pneumatics, and pipefitting.
Able to interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.

Responsibilities

Performs equipment inspections and identifies needed work.
Performs Predictive Maintenance using the Vibration Analysis tool.
Performs Corrective Maintenance including mechanical troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and restoration on pumps, fans, conveyors, elevators, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, valves, air compressors, and other power transmission devices.
Fabrication, welding and pipe fitting for carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, fiberglass, copper, etc.
Uses the CMMS daily to document work completed.
Maintains housekeeping of work and storage areas for safe and efficient maintenance.
Works outdoors in a plant environment with exposure to noise and dust.
Enters confined spaces as required per safety policies.
Climbs stairs and scaffolding.
Wears PPE as needed per safety policies.
Works 8-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
Performs other job-related duties assigned.
