Job summary

Entergy seeks a Technical Training Specialist to partner with field teams, analyze performance needs, and craft Incident Response training solutions. You will design courses, deliver training, and prioritize customer needs while following ADDIE/SAT methodologies.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining content with input from owners. Occasional travel and LMS/SharePoint proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ years in utility or emergency response training (senior 8+).
• Extensive knowledge of ADDIE/SAT training processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to determine needs and priorities for training.
• Develop, deliver and update Incident Response training materials.
• Schedule, teach and facilitate courses on Incident Response roles.
• Apply Kirkpatrick evaluation to ensure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content owners to maintain quality materials.
