Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service monitoring operational environment.
• Good technical understanding of network fundamentals and common internet protocols
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ITSM foundation training required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify monitoring alerts to identify, classify, and prioritize incidents.
• Create, improve, and maintain monitoring alerts from data sources.
• Operate and maintain Windows and Linux systems.
• Operate network devices: switches, routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• Maintain IT services like Active Directory, file systems, antivirus, backups.
• Respond to security incidents with customers and IT providers per SLA and ITSM.
