Pellera Technologies is seeking an IOC Specialist to monitor our and customer infrastructure and resolve incidents in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role is effectively a Support Engineer, Level 1.50, onsite in Mason, Ohio.

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. FLSA status: Non-Exempt. Primary duties include analyzing alerts, creating and maintaining monitoring rules, and handling security incidents with clients and IT providers.

Qualifikationen

• Requires monitoring operational environments and customer infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networks and common internet protocols.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and ITSM training required.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and verify monitoring alerts to identify incidents and prioritize work.
• Create, improve, and maintain monitoring alerts from multiple data sources.
• Operate Windows, Linux systems and network devices; support Active Directory and backups.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with customers and IT providers per SLA.
