AGE Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Incident Response & Threat Detection Analyst to monitor, analyze, and respond to threats within the Enterprise Network Environment.

This 24x7 role requires SIEM monitoring, incident investigation, OSINT use, and defense-in-depth support. Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) and DoD TS clearance with IT-I, SCI eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in cybersecurity incident response.
• Two years of root cause analysis of cybersecurity events and incidents.
• Current DoD Top Secret clearance with IT-I, T5 eligibility for SCI access.
• At least one IAT-II certification from listed options (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP).
• At least one CSSP Incident Responder certification (CEH, CFR, CySA+, GCFA, GCIH, SCYBER).
• Knowledge of at least two security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, AV, DLP, VM, Forensics, Malware Analysis, Hardening).
• Ability to script and build tools using Python/PowerShell/SPL.
• Location: onsite in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24x7x365 SIEM and security tools to detect and respond to threats.
• Investigate events and activity indicative of attack or compromise.
• Monitor for APTs and low-and-slow attacks and conduct root cause analysis.
• Provide technical analysis and sustainment support for cybersecurity tools.
• Develop scripts/tools to enhance threat detection and incident response.
• Advise on incident severity, business impact, and containment priorities.
