Job summary

MSHN Enterprises LLC seeks a detail-oriented professional to perform internal environmental audits and oversee safety protocols. You will track fire equipment and drills, monitor corrective actions from audits, and support leadership on environmental and quality care trends.

You will work with management to ensure compliance, maintain nursing licensure requirements, and handle documentation with strong computer and research skills, excellent communication, and organized prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s license or state ID.
• Successful completion of a drug screen.
• Background results within company standards (i.e. no assault, bodily harm, possession of weapons or drug charge).
• Must maintain professional nursing license.
• Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first thirty days of employment. Certification must be repeated every 2 years.
• Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organization and prioritization of work absolute necessity.

Responsibilities

• Completion of internal environmental audits.
• Tracking of Fire equipment/drills/needs.
• Tracking of plan of corrections for internal/external audits.
• Oversight of Weekly Manager’s Audits to identify any trends/needs
• Oversight of MSHN protocols.
• Liaison with MSHN leadership for home needs/trends for quality care and environmental needs.
