Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join the National Guard Bureau team in Arlington, VA. You will conduct all-source analysis, develop intelligence products, brief senior leaders, and support contingency operations with readiness for extended deployments.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree with 12 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s with 17 years in the field; exceptional written and oral communication skills; and active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category; 12 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree related to the labor category with an additional 5 years of senior experience (total 17 years) in lieu of a Master’s.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor category activities to meet mission requirements.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
• Ability to define comprehensive, new or unique research approaches.
• Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments and adherence to tradecraft standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis using classified, unclassified, publicly available, and geospatial information to assess, interpret, forecast, and report on national security issues and other events impacting personnel, property, equipment, and operations.
• Monitor PIRs, CCIRs, and RFIs/RFAs, ensuring timely responses and status updates to leadership.
• Develop, review, brief, and publish classified and unclassified intelligence products in line with DNI standards.
• Support all-hazard and contingency operations with federal interagency partners and National Guard stakeholders.
• Brief National Guard senior leaders and provide recurring intelligence reporting and EXSUMs.
• Deploy in support of contingency or emergency operations when required, including four-hour deployment readiness and multi-week operations.
• Maintain 24/7 operational flexibility and update continuity procedures and related documentation.
